[R] Minor GUI Issues

Some minor request for the R on Windows (2000) GUI version.  I'm using 
1.5.1 with the SDI interface.

(1) When minimized, the main R window and the graphics window show as two 
copies of the same icon.  That makes it less convenient to switch among 
tasks in Windows, as I often select the wrong one.  Could they have 
different icons in the future, please?

(2) I use a fixed-width Type 1 font for the console 
(LucidaSans-Typewriter), and that can be set in the Rconsole file without 
problem.  But if I bring up the GUI preferences (from menus Edit | Gui 
Preferences), only TT fixed width fonts are shown, the "font" field is 
blank, and ending that dialog results in the font being reset to the 
default fixed system font.  If practical and not overly burdensome to fix 
that, it would be nice.

(3) Could the toolbar could be available on the main window even under 
SDI?  I much prefer SDI, which doesn't waste vast amounts of screen space 
like MDI, but the toolbar can be handy.

(4) Any chance of binding the F-keys to things like ls(), ls.str(), or 
matching command history (like S-PLUS Windows F8)?

As I said, all minor requests.

Finally, many kudos to the R team for making such a wonderful product 
available, and available freely.
