[R] RSPerl on OS X

OK, so fink does build libR.dylib. But observe that for instance

[cabledoc68:library/RGtk/libs] deleeuw% file RGtk.so
RGtk.so: Mach-O bundle ppc

By the way, fink also builds Rpy. Maybe you could use
that as a model for PSPerl, although Rpy is not bi-directional,
I think.
