Dear All,

I have encountered an error while using nlme that states

Error: cannot allocate vector of size 16535 kb
In addition: Warning message:
Reached totol allocation of 63Mb: see help(memory.size).

So I was trying to modify "the default memory available for data storage" by
launching R from command line, but I do not quite understand how I should
set the relevant values, supposed to be using gc() and memory.size().

Any help will be very much appreciated...

Many thanks,
In-Sun
