[R] Link on R-help doesn't work

Do you mean links *inside* the Reference Manual in PDF?  (The links to the
PDF documents work, as do the links in all the other manuals.)

That's a known problem (in 1.5.0, not just on Windows), which is in the
R-bugs database and fixed in R-patched.  A binary of R-patched from May 31
is available at
