[R] Publication presentation of lme ANOVA tables

So, ... would anyone be so kind as to provide a citation or two from 
non-statistical (e.g., biological) peer-reviewed journals that present 
results from lme analyses? The extended output from summary() provides 
variance components and single degree of freedom parameter tests, and the 
anova() output provides F tests and Ndf and Ddf. I am used to seeing and 
providing output similar to aov() with SS, MS, F, and p-values. I could 
back calculate those, but perhaps someone has a more informed opinion ?
