[R] benchmark comparing Splus, R and others

I happened to stumble on this web site comparing the speed of Matlab,
S-plus, R and some other matrix software. Very well done.
Interestingly, it shows that R 1.51 can be 10-20 times faster than
S-plus in looping intensive programs.

Please take a look and congratulate the R-team for their excellent
work.
