[R] Functions for von Mises (circular normal) distribution

Hi:

Are there any R or S functions out there to compute CDFs, generate random
numbers, compute the MLEs etc. for the von Mises (circular normal)
distribution?  I have the papers by Mardia and Zemroch in Applied
Statistics, which describe the algorithms for computing the distribution and
the maximum likelihood estimates.  Before writing my own functions I'd like
to know if anyone had already done this.
