[R] Installing a Package in Windows 2000

Hmm. Since you could run "make" a couple of lines above, I think the
above means that sh cannot find perl (in spite of your checking). What
happens if you start sh.exe manually and type "perl" into it? What is
your PATH and where have you put perl?
