[R] R for Macs

I am running R 1.4.1 on a Mac. I have not figured out how to interrupt a
program that is running.

On another problem, I could not load some of the packages like "dse" and
"gregmisc". I downloaded and extracted into the library folder and then
tried to load using "library(pkgs)". This worked perfectly for some other
packages like "nlme", etc. I tried install.packages(pkgs) too, but I dont
seem to have that function at all.

Any suggestions how I could deal with this.
