[R] breaks in axis

AFAIK: No. You will have to manipulate the plot manually.

I'd suggest to set this one data plot to a reasonable value, say 8, plot
without an axis and make an axis manually (of course labeled with 20 at
the location of 8). You can also mark the break in the axis with two
lines, for example.
