running example() (was RE: [R] Output from examples in help files )

Dear R-help,

Reading this thread reminds me of a minor nuisance I have.
When running example(), objects are created in the global
environment. This is OK if I then wanted to look that
those objects a bit more. However, it does clutter up
the workspace with a bunch of things not really relevant
to the project I'm working on. Does anyone have a good
solution for cleaning up? TIA!

Regards,
Andy
