[R] truncated normal

No, but you can do it by inverting the cdf
eg
  rtnorm<-function(n,mu,sigma2,left){
	lp<-pnorm(left)
	u<-lp+(1-lp)*runif(n)
	qnorm(u,m=mu,s=sigma2)
	}
