Something I've been meaning to mention is that it's quite interesting,
for those with access to ISI/Web of Science or equivalent, to look up the
papers that cite R&R (there are 96, in a wide variety of subjects: Jim
Lindsey probably wins the prize for the largest number).
I hope that we can make R&R 96 into a citation classic.
