[R] separating a digest into separate messages

Why not just request the list server to send you the messages separately
rather than in a digest and set up a rule (not sure if possible in Pine)
to direct all messages with starting with "[R]" into a separate mailbox.

Alternatively, switch your mail client to one that handles digests with
a bit more 'intelligence'.
