[R] Canonical Discriminant Analysis

Hi All,

I have data on several (predefined) groups of tree species, and for each
species within each group I have measurements on several variables. I am
interested in extracting discriminant functions to test the nature and
significance of the differences between these groups (say the differences
in the centroid). Any pointers on how I could implement this in R?

I am running R.1.5.0 on Redhat Linux 7.2.

Thanks for your help,

Robert
