[R] Empirical distribution

There are two diffrent implementation of 'ecdf':
     1. In the 'stepfun' package
     2. In the R-version of S-package 'Hmisc'.
The second one is more flexible (F, 1-F, weights and other).

QQplot is on the 'base' pkg, but the name is 'qqnorm'.
