[R] Problem adding a class to a POSIX vector

Robert Gentleman put me on the track of looking at what's loaded at the time of the error.  I found that an old as.data.frame.labelled function which was needed in older versions of S-Plus was causing the problem.  I removed this function in the Hmisc library for R and all is well.
