[R] heatmap and hclust

Specify what you want through the parameters "distfun" and "hclustfun".
Ex:
my.dist <- function(x) dist(x, method="binary")
my.hclust <- function(d) hclust(d, method="ward")

hm <- heatmap(blablabla, distfun=my.dist, hclustfun=my.hclust)
