[R] Paths for Shell Scripts called from R

Anything wrong with just setting the PATH variable? E.g.

> Sys.putenv(PATH=paste(Sys.getenv("PATH"),"/home/bs/pd/scripts",sep=":"))
> system("SalesRank")
