[R] performing type III

No you didn't. There's no anova() function in the car package. There
is an Anova() function, though.

>  > sq<-lm(tponte~logavril*reldponte*exp,data=wa,contrasts=sum)
>  > anova(sq,type=c("I","III"))

and that gives you the non-car anova() results.
