[R] multivariate analysis

Dear,
I'm using R to make multivariate analysis on bio/pathological data.
In particular I use:
coxph(Surv(time,status)~x+y+z).
How to evaluate the hazard ratios and CI for each covariate?
Could you suggest me a function or a set of function to do it?
