   Since you didn't say so, I have to guess you are using package:vcd? 
If so, then ?agreementplot says:

<quote>

Invisibly returned, a list with components

Bangdiwala 	the unweighted agreement strength statistic
Bangdiwala.Weighted 	the weighted statistic
weights 	the weigtht vector used.
</quote>

So you should be able to do the following:

library(vcd)
data(SexualFun)
ap <- agreementplot(t(SexualFun))

ap$Bangdiwala
