[R] Re: cross compiling R for Windows under Linux

I tried the versions 
latest beta of R 2.1 as well
R-latest.tar.gz            13-Apr-2005 17:27  11.6M 

and  tried out the two different mingw packages for
cross compilation
http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/Rtools/

I still get the same error.
