[R] Broken links on CRAN

Sorry, didn't think about that. The mirror I used was

http://lib.stat.cmu.edu/R/CRAN/

I checked other mirrors and they did work fine.

One mirror or all of them? If one, which one?

Two randomly chosen package PDFs on CRAN master (Vienna) gave no problems for me.
