[R] Installing RCurl on Linux

Hi

I'm not having much luck today!  Running Suse Linux 8.2, R 2.0.0, trying
to install RCurl_0.5-1.tar.gz.  

Perhaps there's an issue with my C compiler, but I got some errors:
