[R] Library error when using R CMD check

$ R_LIBS=<colon separated pathname list>
$ env R_LIBS=$R_LIBS R CMD check <pkgname>

Note that the first line would normally corespond to the
entry of the same name in your <~/.Renviron> file. In the case
of Mac OS X, it should normally be:

    R_LIBS=~/Library/R/library
