something like
 
lm(result~yourfactor1+yourfactor2+yourfactor3+yourfactor5, 
data=yourdataframe)
or
aov(result~yourfactor1+yourfactor2+yourfactor3+yourfactor5, 
data=yourdataframe)

but the exact structure of lm or aov construction depends on what you 
want to test.
