[R] R with tcl/tk 8.5

When Tcl/Tk 8.5 exists please ask again. (It is currently in *alpha*: do 
you expect to use alpha software with a stable package?)

It may work if you compile from the sources.

Only to a binary installation of Tcl/Tk 8.4, or at least, not of 8.3.
