[R] Interrater and intrarater variability (intraclass correlationcoefficients)

Well, depending on your design you can get the variance components from lmer or aov. Instead of looking for Hoyt's ANOVA in R, you should look at the method itself and then see how you can use the methods in R for estimating variance components.
