[R] Enabling function tips under ESS environment?

I use R in Mac environment ( R 2.4.0 under Tiger 10.4.7, Intel  
Machine. )

Function tips appear below the command line window in R.app.

It makes me write R code correctly.

I tried to view function tips under Emacs using ESS, but  
unfortunately failed.

Could you tell me how to make ESS show function tips?
