[R] Error using "White-corrected" Anova (white.adjust="hc3")

Dear Kilian,

This error was introduced when the linear.hypothesis function was modified,
and I've not yet fixed it because I'm not entirely sure what's the best way
to proceed. It's a bad idea simply to allow Anova() to throw a cryptic
error, so I'll try to resolve the issue some time in the next several days.

Sorry,
 John
