I have constructed a heatmap comparing distances between 30 elements. I get the heatmap plot with red dots when distance is close, and yellow when two elements differ. My question is...how can I get clusters of similarity from the headplot (I don´t know the total number of clusters, otherwise I´d have used Kmeans)? Lots of thanks in advance! Adrià
