[R] ggplot2: Choosing colours

Hi Thierry,

Have a look at http://had.co.nz/ggplot2/scale_identity.  (The way you
are currently doing it only works because you are not using any kind
of grouping/facetting, and I'm thinking about adding an explicit
message/warning for this case)
