[R] problem- Unable To Locate DLL

Hi

I am trying to install "lme4" package, but have
problems intalling matrix package. I get the following
error:

RGui: Rgui.exe -Unable To Locate DLL
the dynamic link library Rblas could not found in the
specified path C:\Program
Files\R\R-2.6.2\bin;.;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINN:C:\PROGRAM~1\R\R-26~1.2\library\Matrix\libs;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32\Wbem;C:\Program
Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel; C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Roxio

>From a very naive way of trying to fix it, I have
uninstalled and re-installed R, but does not solve the
problem.

I'll appreciate any suggestion
