[R] Registry problem when loading RMySQL

You must have the MySQL client libraries on the machine running RMySQL.
The server can be on a different machine, but the client libraries are 
needed to talk to it.

R-sig-DB would have been a more appopriate list on which to ask this (with 
a more appropriate subject line).
