[R] Graph Axis

You have to convert you date to be a Date class:

x <- read.table("/tempxx.txt", header=TRUE, as.is=TRUE)
x$Date <- as.Date(x$Date, "%d/%m/%Y")
plot(x$Date, x$Rate, type='l')
