[R] RSQLite error

Paul,

Do you have the RSQLite package installed?

In a clean R, what does

require(RSQLite)

return?

If you don't have it installed, then install the package:

install.package("RSQLite", dep = TRUE)

If that proceeds correctly - you may need external libraries of headers
for RSQLite to compile against, try to load the genefilter package again
and see if this has rectified the problem.
