Original Table:
Date Apples Oranges Pears
1/7 2 3 5
2/7 1 4 7
3/7 3 8 10
4/7 5 7 2
5/7 6 3 5

What I want after shift (data shifted, dates left unchanged)
Date Apples Oranges Pears
1/7 na na na
2/7 2 3 5
3/7 1 4 7
4/7 3 8 10
5/7 5 7 2
