[R] error with .dll file and RGtk2

Hi all,

I am getting the following error message.

Does somebody know what needs to happen here?

I have tried re-installing the RGtk2 package and also downloading a .dll 
file and installing it in the RGtk2 file folder

Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) :
        unable to load shared library 
'C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-25~1.1/library/RGtk2/libs/RGtk2.dll':
  LoadLibrary failure:  The specified module could not be found.
