[R] the title is too long for a graph

Instead of placing this information in the title we could
consider placing it in a legend.

s <- "a=1,b=2,c=3"
plot(1:10)
legend("topleft", legend = strsplit(s, ",")[[1]], ncol = 1, cex = 0.5,
