[R] interactive rotatable 3d scatterplot

Hi Mark,

Try using ggobi via Rggobi. ggobi is aimed at higher dimension 
multivariate data but it does a very useful service in 3-D projections, 
do a manually controlled tour ... I've used this to tweak PCA results 
and find fine structure,
