[R] problem with caretNWS on linux

Hi Pat,
thank you for the response.
Yes I am running R on the same machine as the NWS server. I was doing this 
on my Windows 2003 server with out any problem.
My Linux server has 4 cores and I would like R to take advantage of them.

machine running 'twistd -y /etc/nws.tac')?
