[R] Select certain elements from dataframe

OK you made me to test it. As you do not provided reproducible example I 
used some of my data

> dim(zanaseni[zanaseni$pozn%in%cluserX,])
[1] 133   6
> dim(zanaseni)
[1] 156   6

So 

sd_all_clusterX<-sd_all[(sd_all$X%in%clusterX),] # still not tested

shall do the selection.
