[R] Coefficient of skewness

It exists in many packages: e1071 was one of the earliest.

Other packages include

GLDEX, HyperbolicDist, QuantPsyc, TSA, agricolae, fUtilities, modeest, 
moments, npde, s20x

It is also a common exercise in basic R programming courses.
