[R] Information on the number of CPU's

The wmic command line utility can also be used to query this; on a
dual-core Vista laptop I get

     C:\Users\luke>wmic cpu get NumberOfCores,NumberOfLogicalProcessors
     NumberOfCores  NumberOfLogicalProcessors
     2              2
