Your question can be read as asking for

  C <- B - A  

but probably that's not what you mean.

Please be more exact, and ___following the posting guide (see URL below!!)__
probably use an *explicit* example where e.g.
A is   13 x 2 and B is 4 x 2

Only then can we help you.
