[R] Installing RandomForest on SuSe Linux - warnings

Those are the same warnings I get when I test the package (before submitting to CRAN) and have been that way for a long time.  They stemmed from conditional allocation of arrays in C.  gcc -wall seems to always pick on that.  As far as I know, they are harmless.
