[R] Question regarding package submission to CRAN

"usually", yes indeed.
These days however are in the at most once per year period where
"usually" does not apply : Summer vacation do apply
even to CRAN maintainers, and I am glad to note that at least
some people are still taking the term "vacation" seriously..
