Hi,

I seem to be able to run it without any problems:

> kendall.global(mite.small)
$Concordance_analysis
              Group.1
W          0.44160305
F          2.37252221
Prob.F     0.04403791
Chi2      15.89770992
Prob.perm  0.04500000

attr(,"class")
[1] "kendall.global"

It seems to be .Random.seed that is causing the problem, so maybe you can do
this before running any of the commands,
