[R] SNPassoc

Hi guys!

I am trying to run an interaction analysis between two SNPs using the
SNPassoc package. I keep getting the following two errors: 

Error: switch
Error: y value must be 0 <=y <= 1

Here is my code:
myData <-setupSNP (data=InterAll, colSNPs=10:11, sep="")
ansCod<-interactionPval(log(ALL)~AGE+MALE,data=myData,
model=c("co","do","re"))
ansCod

What am I doing wrong?
